Return Policy

At Symphony, we strongly believe in providing our customers a great shopping experience and delivering the right products as displayed in our website. Our dispatch department carefully inspects each and every product to make sure that the items dispatched are free from any kind of defect and damage. The following checklist is carefully examined before the dispatch of each item.

  1. Whether the ordered item and dispatched item is same

  2. Whether the item is free from any defect/damage

  3. Whether the accessories/manuals are up-to-date

  4. Whether the packaging of the item is appropriate

The items are shipped only when all quality checks are done to the fullest satisfaction of our dispatch team. However, if the customer feels that a defective/damaged or wrong product is delivered to them, they may return the same as per below terms and conditions:

  1. The customers are requested to inform us the reason for returning any product and getting it replaced within 24 hours of delivery. All you have to do is drop us an email at  or call us at +91 63640 36688. We will replace the product if it is available in stock. The replacement will be dispatched within 3 working days from our end once we have received your complaint. If the product is unavailable, we will initiate a full refund of the order amount once the product returned is received by us.

  2. The product to be replaced or refunded should be sent by the customer in proper (unused and no further damaged) condition, it should retain original packing along with original tags, manuals etc.. Failing the above conditions, Symphony will not be liable to replace any product.

  3. Only one time replacement is allowed for a single order.

  4. Products purchased on SALE/SPECIAL OFFERS/EXTRA DISCOUNTS will not be replaced or refunded.

  5. Delivered goods can be replaced or refunded only if the product supplied by Symphony is damaged, defective or the product received itself is different from the product that was ordered.

  6. Please do not accept the delivery of any product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner and notify this matter to us on +91 63640 36688.

  7. Any Free gifts given with any of the Product purchased from the Website will not be exchanged and/or covered under any kind of warranty.

  8. If the replacement products are out of stock or are not available with the Company for an exchange, the amount shall be refunded to the buyer in the form of Cheque/Bank Transfer within 10 working days from the date of receiving the damaged/defective product.

  9. Those claims that reach us within 48 hours of the delivery shall only be entertained for the defective/damage claims and thereafter any other complaints shall be covered under the manufacturer’s/supplier’s warranty as applicable.

  10. Your return/refund request will be rejected owing to following circumstances,

  • Return/Replacement request is made after 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Product sent for return was not dispatched originally from Symphony.

  • The product you ordered was custom made for you/ is a limited edition or was specially requested by you.

  • If the product has been damaged by you during unpacking/installation and usage.

  • If the items are returned without original accessories, warranty cards, original packaging, original boxes, invoice, accessories, freebies, coupons etc.

  • If the product is tampered or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
